The project manager (PM) for your municipal website will ensure that you always have complete visibility into the development of this project at every phase.
He or she will be your one point of contact for approvals, meetings, change requests and issues. Of course, you will work directly with other 360Civic personnel as well – but we have found our clients prefer knowing who to speak with if a question or concern arises.
Our Project Management System
Our PM System is a proprietary web-based tool that provides complete insight to our development efforts. Every team member at 360Civic uses the tool on a daily basis, and all notes, files, time slips and documentation related to your municipal website are stored in the system in real time.
Note: While we are happy to work with outside PM tools — and are trained on many —we cannot guarantee the privacy and security of third-party systems. With our PM System, your information is never shared, put on the cloud or analyzed by anyone outside of you and 360.
What You Can Expect
From the first day of your project to the day your new municipal website launches, this is what you can expect from your 360Civic project manager:
- A unified response to your questions or comments via phone or email within four business hours. Often you’ll hear back from your PM within the hour.
- Phases completed on time. We take deadlines very seriously. If we make a commitment, we write it down and put it into the PM System for reference. In the rare occasion that issues prevent us from meeting a commitment or deadline, we let you know as soon as we know — and never after a deadline has passed — so we can work on options together.
