Great Public Sector Websites Begin With Great Project Management

The process of project management begins before our first meeting.

The RFP response you’ll receive from 360Civic will designate a PMP-certified Project Manager, experienced in SCRUM, Agile and other methodologies for project management.

He or she leads a team of specialists that will coordinate with each other and work directly with your team throughout the engagement.Depending on the scope and nature of the project, your team may consist of:

  • Developers
  • Designers
  • Writers
  • SEO specialists

The Timeline

Keeping projects on schedule is a priority. Our timeline will not just establish a completion deadline, but several milestones throughout the duration to keep our team on track. Content will be audited throughout, so we will always know what has to be transferred, deleted, edited or rewritten.

Real Time Tracking

Clients receive access to our ticket submission engine that provides real-time, 24/7 project tracking. You can log into the system at any time to see what progress has been made, in addition to the input you receive from your project manager. Clients can also submit needs and tasks through the system.

Weekly Meetings

While one of the strengths of 360Civic (according to our clients) is our ability to bring large projects to completion without a lot of repeat questions or hand holding along the way, we do understand the importance of consistent communication. That is why we recommend weekly meetings to confirm progress and review any issues.  Of course, additional live support is also available between meetings.

360Civic will customize its project management efforts to the needs of each type of client we serve.
