Orange, CALIF. (July 17, 2019) - 360Civic has signed a contract with the County of Riverside to provide a major overhaul and upgrade to their website and web content management system.

“We were impressed with how knowledgeable 360Civic was during our conversations throughout the decision-making process,” said Riverside’s Lead Business Systems Analyst, David Gonzales. “The County is very optimistic about this project’s end result and look forward to working with the rest of the team.”

When the site is completed, it is hoped that the result will be a new era in efficiency for county services and infrastructure, from traffic management to libraries to waste disposal.

Completing the main Riverside website is just the first phase of a project that will ultimately result in the revision and modernization of 200 county sites.

“Many visits to a municipal website begin with the question, ‘How do I…’” said 360Civic Co-founder Bridget DiRico. “Anticipating and emphasizing a resident’s queries when they are most prominent guides our decision-making, so we can help every site’s users quickly find the information they need.”
