Orange, CALIF. (January 5, 2016) - 360Civic, an Orange County based web development, design and technology firm, has announced the appointment of Elizabeth Hernandez to the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Hernandez has spent the last 17 years working with the public and non-profit sectors, through such organizations as the County of Orange Health Care Agency, Mission Hospital, and OliveCrest. She will now head the day-to-day operations of 360Civic, with particular focus on meeting client needs before, during and after each public and nonprofit project engagement.

Prior to joining 360Civic, Hernandez served as the Service Chief for Behavioral Health Services Navigation at the County of Orange Health Care Agency, where she supervised three health and wellness programs and supervised a staff of clinicians and health specialists. A graduate of California State University, San Marcos, Hernandez earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton.
