360Civic was awarded the task of revising and updating the website for the Superior Court of California, County of Sutter.

We created and implemented a new look and design on a content management system (Drupal) and wrote or revised much of the site’s content.

The Court also requested a calendar and scheduling system that would allow website visitors to view and search available appointments, make an online appointment reservation in real-time, and receive an appointment confirmation.

From the administrative side, the Court wanted updated functionality that would make it easy for their personnel to accept, reject or alter appointments, and send out automatic notifications.

360Civic created this functionality, integrated with the updated look and feel of the new website design. We also incorporated an Admin area for the managing of new sections, new users and appointment management.

The project, which also included full training and support on the new calendaring application, came in on budget and on time.

The new website has achieved the following results:

  • Page views up more than 40%
  • Visitor numbers up more than 15%
  • Website visits via mobile device up nearly 50%
  • A significant drop (40%) in bounce rate
