Arizona’s Paradise Valley School District wished to update and upgrade its school district website, as well as the sites for nearly 40 district elementary, junior high and high schools throughout the Phoenix area.
When 360Civic was awarded the contract, the company reviewed the current sites in question, reorganized the content to make it more user-friendly, and created a design that provided a bold visual appearance while also making navigation easier.
The writers, designers and programmers at 360Civic worked closely with Paradise Valley personnel to make sure the changes implemented met the goals of the district, while also being ADA compliant.
All of this work was completed through a Drupal CMS, which was integrated with Paradise Valley’s Student Information System. This made it easier for teachers and other District personnel to add, delete or revise website pages, with no IT experience required. 360Civic provided full training on the new system, and continues to provide whatever ongoing support is needed.
All of the new websites launched as part of this project are performing at or above expectations.
- The number of users is up 22%
- The number of page views is up 25%
- The number of sessions per user is up 25%
- The bounce rate dropped 40%
